Description
The TP-Link TL-SG1016 switch is an unmanaged device in black with 16 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) RJ-45 ports, presented in a 1U format with dimensions of 440 x 44 x 180 mm (width x height x depth). It features a switching capacity of 32 Gbit/s and a MAC address table of 8000 entries, which allows it to manage the traffic of a home or small office network smoothly. It supports auto-negotiation, Auto MDI/MDI-X, flow control and full-duplex and half-duplex transmission, as well as 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T cabling technologies. It is compatible with Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 and Cat5e cables, and complies with the IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3i, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3x standards. The store-and-forward function speeds up packet forwarding, while QoS support allows sensitive traffic to be prioritised.
