Its read and write latencies are 80 and 15 microseconds respectively, while its random performance reaches 280,000 IOPS read and 65,000 IOPS write with 4KB blocks. This SSD operates within a temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and maintains an uncorrectable bit error rate of less than 1 per 10^17 bits read.
