Description
The TP-Link Omada ES208GP is a black managed L2 switch with eight Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports (10/100/1000), designed to expand and organise professional networks on a DIN rail. Its ports support PoE in accordance with the IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3bt standards, so it can power network devices through the Ethernet cable itself. Configuration is done via the web or from the cloud, and it includes QoS support to prioritise traffic. As for segmentation, it supports VLAN with up to 4000 virtual networks and virtual LAN functions such as MTU VLAN, Port-based VLAN and Tagged VLAN. It features auto-negotiation, Auto MDI/MDI-X, storm control, port mirroring and link aggregation. With dimensions of 158 x 25.4 x 100.7 mm (width x height x depth), it is a compact option for installations where mounting space is limited.
