Description
The StarTech.com USB AC600 External Wireless Wifi Network Micro Adapter is a black wireless network adapter that connects via a USB 2.0 interface. It offers dual-band WLAN connectivity, with frequencies of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and reaches a maximum data transfer speed of 433 Mbit/s. It is compatible with the IEEE 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n and 802.11ac standards, and supports security algorithms such as 64- and 128-bit WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA2-PSK, AES and TKIP. It incorporates the Realtek RTL8811AU chipset and operates in full two-way mode. With dimensions of 15 x 8.5 x 22 mm and a weight of 4 g, it is a very compact device. It is certified with CE and FCC, and has support for Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 and 2019 server operating systems.
