Description
Connect two network devices with the StarTech.com 0.5 m white cable, a Cat6 category solution with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Its U/UTP (UTP) copper construction with 24 AWG gauge allows speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s within the Gigabit Ethernet standard. The connector contacts are gold-plated, which favours stable signal transmission, and the operating frequency reaches 650 MHz. It supports Power over Ethernet, so it can power compatible devices through the cable itself. The PVC jacket and the CMG (CM) rating of the cable make it suitable for installations in spaces such as walls or conduits. It features a protective boot for the connector and offers Plug and Play operation. With a weight of 26 g, this 0.5 m white cable is manageable for short setups between equipment.
