Description
Extend your equipment's USB connection with the STARTECH.COM USB 3.0 SuperSpeed extension cable, a blue 1.5 m extension cable designed to bring the port to wherever is most convenient for you. It features a straight type USB A male connector at one end and an angled USB A female connector at the other, so you can connect peripherals, memory sticks or a docking station without straining the cable's position next to the port. It supports a transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s within the USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard, equivalent to 5000 Mbit/s, enough to move data between drives and accessories with ease. The jacket is made of polyvinyl chloride, with AWG 28 gauge and mylar aluminium foil shielding that helps maintain signal integrity. Its weight of 135 g gives an idea of the robustness of the conductors and the coating. It is CE and REACH certified.
