Description
The Kingston Technology DC600ME is a 7.68 TB SSD designed for servers and workstations. Its 2.5" form factor and Serial ATA III interface enable a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s, with a read speed of 560 MB/s and a write speed of 530 MB/s. The 3D TLC NAND memory and the 14016 TBW rating position it as a Mixed Use (MU) workload drive, with a read latency of 130 µs and a write latency of 70 µs. Under random workloads it offers 94000 read IOPS and 34000 write IOPS at 4KB, sustained performance for server environments. It features hardware encryption with 256-bit AES algorithms and S.M.A.R.T. support, as well as Hot-Plug compatibility. Its dimensions are 69.8 x 7 x 100.1 mm and its weight is 71 g.
