Description
The 7.68 TB Kingston DC600ME SSD is a 2.5" drive designed for servers and workstations with mixed-use workloads. Its Serial ATA III interface achieves a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s, with read speeds of 560 MB/s and write speeds of 530 MB/s. The 3D TLC NAND memory is supported by a read latency of 200 µs and a write latency of 30 µs, with a performance of 94000 IOPS in random 4KB read and 34000 IOPS in random 4KB write. The PLP H/W function protects data against power loss, and Hot-Plug compatibility allows the drive to be replaced without shutting down the system. Its TBW rating is 14016, suitable for sustained writes in Server/Enterprise environments. With dimensions of 69.8 x 7 x 100.1 mm and a weight of 71 g, it fits standard bays.
