The Kingston Technology DC600ME SSD is a 3.84 TB drive with a 2.5" form factor and Serial ATA III interface, designed for server and workstation with mixed-use workloads. It reaches read speeds of 560 MB/s and write speeds of 530 MB/s, with a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. Its 3D TLC NAND memory and PLP H/W function help sustain performance in demanding environments. It offers 94,000 IOPS in 4KB random read and 59,000 IOPS in 4KB random write, with latencies of 200 µs in read and 30 µs in write. The TBW rating is 7008 and the mean time between failures reaches 2,000,000 h. It supports Hot-Plug compatibility and measures 69.8 x 7 x 100.1 mm, with a weight of 71 g.
