Description
The D-Link DEM-312GT2 transceiver module expands the connectivity of your network devices via an SFP interface with 1000Base-SX cabling technology and a maximum data transfer rate of 1000 Mbit/s. As an SX-type SFP transceiver for Gigabit Ethernet, it allows frames to be linked over multi-mode fibre compatible with cable diameters of 50/125 and 62.5/125 µm, reaching a maximum transfer distance of 2000 m. Its LC optical fibre connector and full-duplex system facilitate bidirectional communications, and it complies with the IEEE 802.3z network standard. The housing, metallic in colour and made of metal, helps to dissipate the heat generated during operation. It offers Hot-Plug compatibility, so you can insert or remove it while the equipment is running, and it operates at a maximum voltage of 3.3 V.
