Description
The ARCTIC Freezer 8i from ARCTIC COOLING is an air cooler for processors with two 10 cm fans and a 46-fin aluminium heatsink traversed by 2 heat pipes. Its fans spin between 200 and 2300 RPM and use fluid dynamic bearing, with pulse width modulation to adjust the revolutions according to the load. The assembly comes in aluminium and black, with dimensions of 108 x 136 x 83 mm and a weight of 415 g. The 4-pin fan connector powers each unit at 12 V and 0.13 A, so you can regulate it from the motherboard. It is designed to be mounted on the processor and supports the LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 sockets. Its thermal design power reaches 350 W, so it can cool high-consumption processors. The operating temperature range goes from 0 to 40 °C, suitable for the interior of a conventional tower.
