Description
Connect your IDE or SATA drives to a USB 2.0 port with the Approx appC08 cable adapter, a black accessory that combines a male USB 2.0 connector with a male 1 x IDE / 1 x SATA connector. This APPROX adapter allows you to link disks or optical drives of both interfaces to your computer's USB port, so you can access their contents without opening the case. Its maximum transfer rate reaches 480 Gbit/s through the USB connection. It is compatible with the Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 operating systems, as well as Mac OS, which expands the usage options depending on the computer you work from. The male USB 2.0 connector plugs into the computer's port, while the opposite end offers the connection for IDE or SATA. With this APPROX cable adapter you can reuse drives you no longer mount in the chassis and view their data from another computer directly.
