Description
The ADATA GAMMIX S70 Blade 4 TB SSD is a solid state drive with an M.2 form factor and PCI Express 4.0 interface, which uses four lanes to deliver high performance in desktop computers. It reaches a read speed of 7400 MB/s and a write speed of 6600 MB/s, with 750000 IOPS in both random read and write of 4 KB blocks. It integrates 3D NAND memory and an Innogrit IG5236 controller, along with ECC error correction to maintain data integrity. Its NVMe 1.4 version and hardware encryption using 256-bit AES allow the stored information to be protected. Designed as a PC component, it has a service life backed by a mean time between failures of 2000000 hours and a weight of 10 g.
