The Zyxel USG Flex 100 firewall is a network security device that combines firewall and VPN functions in a compact format. It offers firewall throughput of 0.9 Gbit/s, while its VPN throughput reaches 0.27 Gbit/s. It supports security algorithms such as IPSEC and SSL/TLS, and includes support for IKEv2, IPSec, SSL and L2TP/IPSec. It manages up to 64 VPN tunnels, 100 VPN connections and 30 simultaneous VPN/SSL connections, as well as supporting 8 VLANs. It integrates URL filtering and has four RJ-45 Ethernet LAN ports, one RJ-45 Ethernet WAN connection, one RJ-45 console port and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port. Its mean time between failures is 989810 hours and it dissipates 42.65 BTU/h, with a maximum power consumption of 12.5 W and an input current of 2 A. Weighing 850 g and measuring 216 x 33 x 147.3 mm (width x height x depth), it integrates easily into any network installation.
