Description
Connect two network devices with this cable from V7, a Cat5e category patch cable with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. The 0.5 m cable is practical for linking nearby equipment, such as a computer and a switch or a router and a patch panel, without accumulating surplus metres. Its UTP, unshielded construction relies on a PVC jacket that protects the conductors in daily use. It is designed for networks with 10/100Base-T(X) cabling technology, so it offers a data transfer speed of 100 Mbit/s. Its black colour makes it easy to integrate discreetly into installations where the cable is visible. The short length makes it a manageable option for racks and cable trays.
