Description
The TP-Link TL-SG1008D switch in black expands your local network with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000) with RJ-45 connector, in a compact housing measuring 180 x 25.5 x 90 mm. As an unmanaged switch, it works without configuration: you connect the cables and it starts distributing traffic between your devices. It features auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDI-X, so it adjusts the speed of each port and detects the cable type without you having to intervene. It supports copper cabling technologies 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T, along with Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 and Cat5e cables, and complies with the IEEE 802.1p, 802.3, 802.3ab, 802.3i, 802.3u and 802.3x standards. Its switching capacity reaches 16 Gbit/s and its MAC address table supports 4000 entries. It works with store and forward and supports Jumbo Frames of up to 15000, as well as offering flow control. It is powered via a DC input socket.
