Description
The StarTech.com USB-C to USB-C cable, in black, connects two devices with a USB Type-C port via straight male connectors at both ends. Its 3 m cable provides enough reach to connect separate equipment without straining the installation, and its weight of 96 g keeps it light to carry. It complies with USB 2.0 and reaches a maximum data transfer speed of 480 Mbit/s, equivalent to 0.48 Gbit/s. It supports USB Power Delivery of up to 60 W, so it serves both to transfer data and to power compatible devices. The polyvinyl chloride jacket protects the cable, while the mylar aluminium foil shielding helps reduce interference. Its contacts are nickel-plated and the conductors have an AWG 23/28 gauge. Being Plug and Play, you just need to plug it in to start using it without additional configuration.
