The Seagate Exos M is a 28 TB internal hard drive designed for servers and workstations. Its 3.5" form factor and SATA interface allow it to be integrated into professional storage configurations. It reaches a rotation speed of 7200 RPM and has a 512 MB buffer to manage data access with agility. It offers an average transfer speed of 270 MB/s and a sustained burst transfer rate of 257 MiB/s, with an interface transfer rate of 12 Gbit/s. It supports hot-swap and has a mean time between failures of 2500000 h, as well as an average latency of 4.16 ms. As for its energy behaviour, standby power consumption is 6.9 W and it operates at a voltage of 5 / 12 V, withstanding shocks of up to 30 G in operation and 200 G when not in operation.
