The Samsung MZ-77Q4T0 4 TB SSD is a 2.5" internal drive with a Serial ATA III interface, designed to give new life to a desktop PC or laptop. It reaches a read speed of 560 MB/s and a write speed of 530 MB/s, with a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. Its V-NAND MLC memory and 4 TB capacity allow you to store the system, programs and a large library of files. In random operations it delivers 98000 IOPS in 4KB read and 88000 IOPS in 4KB write. It includes hardware encryption with supported 256-bit AES security algorithms, as well as S.M.A.R.T. support and TRIM support. Its mean time between failures is 1500000 h, with a maximum power consumption of 4 W, an average power consumption of 2.2 W and an operating voltage of 5 V. All of this in a compact format weighing 46 g and measuring 69.8 x 6.8 x 100 mm (width x height x depth).
