The Philips 5000 series BHS510/00 hair straightener, in black, straightens hair with a ceramic heating system that reaches 230 °C and starts from 120 °C. It features 12 thermostat-controlled heat settings so you can choose the temperature according to your hair type, and its 30-second heat-up time lets you start using it almost immediately. The ionic function helps reduce static electricity while the ceramic coating glides smoothly through the hair. Its hanging loop makes it easy to store in a drawer or leave it hanging when you are done. In addition, the automatic shut-off switches the appliance off by itself if it is left on.
