Description
The LINDY network cable, in black, is a Cat6 category patch cable with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Its U/UTP (UTP) construction combines AWG 24 gauge copper conductors with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket, and offers a transfer impedance of 1000 Mbit/s over Gigabit Ethernet. The operating frequency reaches 250 MHz, with a nominal attenuation of 32.8 dB/100 m at 250 MHz. This 2 m long cable has a round shape and its connector shielding is made of copper alloy, while the coating of each connector is polycarbonate (PC). It features a protective sleeve for the connector, a useful detail to reduce wear during frequent plugging and unplugging. The combination of Cat6 category and copper conductors makes it suitable for home and office network installations requiring stable performance.
