Description
The LevelOne IGS-2108 is a black L2 managed switch with 8 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) RJ-45 ports, designed to segment and control the traffic of an office network. Its web-based administration allows configuration of parameters such as quality of service (QoS), virtual LAN functions with Port-based VLAN and Tagged VLAN, or port mirroring to monitor traffic. It incorporates rate limiting, flow control, link aggregation and spanning tree protocol, as well as support for auto-learning and auto-aging MAC addresses. It is compatible with the IEEE 802.1D, IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.1w, IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3ab standards. It supports full duplex operation on all its ports. With dimensions of 153 x 38 x 114 mm (width x height x depth) and a weight of 530 g, it is a compact unit for installation in desktop or rack environments.
