Description
Blue EQUIP network cable, 0.5 m long, designed for Ethernet links in compact installations. Its two male RJ-45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts, which favours reliable transmission. The conductor is copper and the S/FTP (S-STP) shielding helps to reduce interference in high-traffic environments. It supports a data transfer rate of 1000 Mbit/s and complies with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.5 network standards. It is PoE+ compatible to power devices through the cable itself, and its Plug and Play function allows it to be used without prior configuration. The jacket is halogen-free (LSZH) and the cable has a moulded connector, with an AWG 28/7 gauge. It weighs 33 g and measures 8.34 x 500 x 11.7 mm (width x height x depth), so it takes up hardly any space in the rack or on the workbench.
