Description
EQUIP Cat5e U/UTP network cable, black, 0.5 m long, designed to connect equipment with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Its unshielded U/UTP construction uses 26 AWG stranded conductors and a PVC jacket, with an outer diameter of 4.9 mm that makes it easy to route in tight installations. The Cat5e standard and its 100 MHz operating frequency cover the usual needs of local networks in home and office environments. The connector contacts are gold-plated, which helps maintain stable transmission on every connection. It complies with the IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.5 network standards, as well as the ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and ANSI/TIA 568-C.2 certifications, and holds a RoHS certificate of conformity. It is a practical option for short patch leads between sockets, switches or patch panels.
