Description
The 1 m blue EQUIP network cable is a Cat8.1 patch cable with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding that works on 40GBase-T cabling technology. It features copper conductors with AWG 24/7 gauge and gold-plated RJ-45 connector contacts, which favours stable transmission. Its jacket is made from halogen-free material (LSZH), a common option in installations where reducing smoke emission is sought. The two RJ-45 connectors are straight type and the cable is compatible with PoE+ and PoE++ (4PPoE), so it can power network devices through the patch cable itself. Being Plug and Play, it is enough to connect it to start using it. It complies with the IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.5 network standards. The cable measures 1 m, weighs 85.6 g and its dimensions are 8 x 1000 x 8 mm (width x height x depth), in blue.
