Description
The EPSON LQ-590II dot matrix printer, in black and weighing 7.2 kg, offers a maximum print speed of 550 characters per second and a character size of 10 characters per inch. It includes as standard the barcodes Code 128 (A/B/C), Code 39, EAN13, EAN8, Interleaved 2/5, POSTNET, UPC-A and UPC-E, as well as character sets such as PC437, PC708, PC720, PC850, PC858 and PC864. It supports a maximum of 6 copies and a print width of up to 80 columns, with a 128 KB buffer. It works with envelopes, labels and roller, and handles continuous paper thicknesses of between 0.065 and 0.49 mm, labels of 0.16 to 0.19 mm, cut sheets of 0.065 to 0.14 mm and carbonless paper of 0.12 to 0.46 mm. Its acoustic pressure level during printing is 55 dB. The page description language is Epson ESC/P2 and the standard interface includes Parallel and USB 2.0.
