It incorporates five heat pipes to handle a TDP of 230 W, with an air pressure ranging from 0.57 to 2.13 mmH2O. Its design is intended to be placed on top of the processor, and it presents an estimated reliability of 160,000 hours of operation. It includes a single fan and is suitable for systems requiring efficient dissipation without excessive noise.
