Description
ATEN's USB extender over Cat 5, in grey, extends the distance of your peripherals up to 60 m via a cable connection. It consists of a transmitter and a receiver that communicate through an RJ-45 port at each end, so you can move a USB keyboard and mouse away from the equipment without losing signal. The transmitter includes a USB port for the keyboard and mouse, and the receiver offers the same local USB connection, plus two USB 2.0 ports for other devices. Both modules are made of plastic and share compact dimensions of 6.3 cm wide by 3.1 cm deep and 2.19 cm high. The set weighs 61 g, with a transmitter of 20 g and a receiver of 30 g.
