Description
The ARCTIC TP-2 (APT2560) thermal pad from ARCTIC COOLING is a blue heat-dissipating compound that is placed between two surfaces to promote thermal transfer. Its dimensions of 290 x 1 x 290 mm (width x height x depth) give it a wide and very flat format, suitable for covering extensive contact surfaces. This type of pad is used as an interface between heat-generating components and the corresponding heatsink, so that heat passes from one face to the other with less resistance. Its reduced thickness allows it to adapt to joints where there is barely any separation between the parts, while the wide surface makes it easy to cover large areas without the need for cutting. It is presented as a simple solution for assemblies in which the aim is to improve heat conduction in a stable manner over time.
