The ADATA LEGEND 850 2 TB solid state drive comes in M.2 format with PCI Express 4.0 interface and 3D NAND memory, designed to be installed in a PC or laptop. It reaches a sequential read speed of 5000 MB/s and a write speed of 4500 MB/s, with 4500 MB/s also in ATTO and CDM sequential write, while AS SSD sequential write stands at 3500 MB/s. In random 4KB operations it offers 400000 IOPS read and 550000 IOPS write. It incorporates NVMe version 1.4 and hardware encryption with supported 256-bit AES security algorithms. It supports a TBW rating of 1500 and a mean time between failures of 2000000 h. With a weight of 8 g and dimensions of 22 x 3.13 x 80 mm, it is a compact and lightweight drive for compatible systems.
