It achieves a read speed of 7300 MB/s and a write speed of 6000 MB/s, with random reads of 800000 IOPS and writes of 1000000 IOPS, while its TBW rating is 1,275. It supports NVMe, S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM, with a mean time between failures of 1800000 hours and an average power consumption of 6.3 W dropping to 0.02 W at standby. This drive uses an M-key designation and four data lanes to fully utilise the bus bandwidth.
