Description
The D-Link DXS-1210-28S is a black L2/L3 managed switch, measuring 441 x 44 x 209.5 mm and weighing 3.27 kg, designed for deploying 10G networks in professional environments. It features four 10G Ethernet ports (100/1000/10000) on copper and twenty-four slots for SFP+ modules, plus an RJ-45 console port for initial configuration. Its administration is carried out via web, and it includes QoS support to prioritise critical network traffic. It allows the infrastructure to be segmented via VLAN, with capacity for up to 4094 VLANs, and supports link aggregation and port mirroring for monitoring tasks. It is compatible with the IEEE 802.3ab, 802.3ae, 802.3an, 802.3az, 802.3u and 802.3z standards, and works with Cat6, Cat6a and Cat7 cabling. It also has a spanning tree protocol and Auto MDI/MDI-X to simplify connections between devices.
