Description
Converts UTP networks to fibre optic the Allied Telesis 100TX to 100FX media converter, a compact unit that works with a transfer rate of up to 100 Mbit/s and UTP and FO cabling technology. The connection is via cable, with an RJ-45 input and output port and SC connector for the fibre, over a Fast Ethernet interface. Power consumption is 6 W and its weight is 294 g, with dimensions of 105 x 95 x 25 mm that make it easy to install in tight spaces. It supports the IEEE 802.1Q protocol and complies with FCC Class B electromagnetic emissions. As for the environment, it operates in an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 °C and a relative humidity of 5 to 95%, and withstands storage between -20 and 80 °C.
