Its two male RJ-45 connectors work with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) wiring technology and a frequency of 550 MHz. The cable, with AWG 24 gauge, features a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket and a moulded connector with a protective sleeve. It is Plug and Play compatible and complies with TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1 and ISO/IEC 11801 certifications, as well as the RoHS directive. It weighs 390 g.
