Description
The QNAP QSW-M5216-1T managed switch, in black, is an L2 layer device designed to expand and organise high-demand networks. It incorporates 16 SFP28 ports with fibre optic connector, which allows working with high-speed fibre channels. It offers 10G support and auto-negotiation, as well as a switching capacity of 820 Gbit/s and a throughput of 410 Gbit/s. Its MAC address table supports 32000 entries and Jumbo frames reach up to 9000, with Jumbo Frames support. Management is carried out through web-based administration, and includes an RS-232 console port for local configuration. As for security, it incorporates IGMP, access control list (ACL) and DHCP client. The device measures 285 x 43.5 x 237.7 mm (width x height x depth) and weighs 2.15 kg, a manageable format for rack or desktop installation.
