Description
Ewent IM1019 network cable in blue and 3 m in length, designed to connect devices with an RJ-45 connector. It belongs to the Cat6 category and uses U/UTP (UTP) shielding, common in home and office network installations. Both ends are male, so they plug directly into female ports on equipment and wall sockets. The conductor gauge is 24/7, a detail worth bearing in mind when calculating long runs or when bundling several patch cables in the same channel. The 3 m cable length is practical for connecting a computer, a printer or an access point to the switch or router without leaving surplus metres on the floor. As it is a blue patch cable, you can easily identify it inside a communications cabinet where cables from different outlets accumulate.
