Description
The APC AR8101BLK blanking panel, in black, is designed to cover the empty gaps of a 15U rack and thus maintain a tidy front. Its metal casing provides strength to the assembly and helps protect the equipment installed in the rack from dust and other elements. With a width of 483 mm and a maximum depth of 3 mm, it fits into the cabinet structure without protruding and takes up just the right space. Its weight of 2.74 kg indicates a solid and stable piece once mounted. In addition, covering the empty units helps to improve air circulation inside the rack, as it prevents the flow from being lost through the open slots. It is a simple solution to complete the installation of a rack and maintain a uniform appearance on the front.
