The Synology SA6400 is a 2U rackmount NAS storage server in black, sold without any drives installed (0 TB) and with 32 GB of DDR4 memory. It features an AMD EPYC 7272 processor running at 2.9 GHz and offers 12 hot-swap bays compatible with 2.5- and 3.5-inch SATA drives, both HDD and SSD. This model supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, F1, and JBOD, with online RAID level migration and expansion, and supports file systems such as BTRFS, ext4, NTFS, and exFAT. The DiskStation Manager operating system enables centralised management of storage and volumes, optimising disk usage according to the needs of the environment.
