Description
The NETGEAR GSM4230P is a managed L2/L3 switch with 30 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) ports and 4 slots for SFP modules. Its 1U form factor design, in black and with dimensions of 440 x 43.2 x 257 mm (width x height x depth), is intended for rack mounting. It includes support for Jumbo Frames with frames of up to 12000, which is useful in networks that move large volumes of data. As for power, it offers PoE on 24 ports with a budget of 300 W and up to 30 W per port, with an energy consumption of 401 W and power supply included. Being fanless, its noise level stays at 34 dB, a detail to bear in mind if you install it in a workroom. With a weight of 4.3 kg, this managed switch from NETGEAR combines Gigabit ports, PoE and advanced management to deploy wired networks with power and segmentation requirements.
