Description
The HP MFP 500 LaserJet analogue fax modem is an internal red accessory that is installed inside the machine to add fax functionality. It incorporates a V.34 type modem with a speed of 33.6 Kbit/s and an RJ-11 modem port, designed for business segment and enterprise work environments. Its compact design, weighing 31 g and measuring 295.3 x 90.5 x 171.5 mm (width x height x depth), allows it to be integrated into the machine's chassis without taking up external space. It is compatible with the HP Color LaserJet CM3530, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CM4540 and HP LaserJet Enterprise M4555 models, so it expands multifunction printing functions with the sending and receiving of analogue faxes over the telephone line. Connection is made via the RJ-11 port, which makes it easy to hook up to the telephone socket available in the office or study.
