Description
Connects Ethernet network segments with optical fibre, the Allied Telesis AT-MMC2000/ST-960 media converter, which comes in grey and weighs 170 g. Its dimensions of 549 x 21.8 x 101.6 mm (width x height x depth) allow it to be integrated into installations where the mounting space is defined. It works at speeds of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbit/s and offers a maximum data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s in full duplex mode. The input interface supports 10Base-T, 100Base-TX and 1000Base-T, while the output is handled via 1000Base-SX over multimode fibre with 1000BASE-SX technology. It features store and forward, Auto MDI / MDI-X and support for Jumbo frames of up to 10000, as well as complying with the IEEE 802.1Q standard with VLAN support. On the optical side it handles a Tx power of between -9.5 and 4 dBmW and an Rx power of between -17 and -3 dBmW.
