Description
Converts a DisplayPort output to a VGA signal with the black StarTech.com active adapter. This active video converter features a DisplayPort 1.2 male connector and a VGA (D-Sub) male connector, both with a straight form factor, and a 0.91 m cable to bridge the distance between the equipment and the monitor. Its Analogix 9832 chipset and HBR2 support allow it to reach a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1280 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz, with compatibility with 1920 x 1080 (HD 1080) and 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). Being active, it does not depend on the graphics card outputting a native VGA signal. The Plug and Play function avoids complicated installations. The adapter weighs 79 g and measures 40 x 15 x 915 mm (width x height x depth), so it can be transported taking up hardly any space. It operates in a relative humidity range of 40 to 85% and supports storage temperatures from -10 to 70 °C.
