Description
Add two RS-232 serial ports to your equipment with the StarTech.com 2-port DB9 card, an internal adapter with PCIe host interface and serial output. Its Full-height / Low-profile form factor allows it to be installed in different chassis, and the SystemBase SB16C1052PCI chipset manages communication with flow control support, full duplex transmission and speeds of up to 460.8 Kbit/s. Configure 5, 6, 7 or 8-bit data frames and take advantage of a 256 B FIFO to optimise the exchange of information. The set weighs 61 g and measures 120 x 20 x 103 mm (width x height x depth), so it takes up hardly any space inside the equipment. It supports an operating temperature range of -10 - 80 °C, storage of -20 - 100 °C and relative humidity of 5 - 85%.
