Description
The TP-LINK TL-WN781ND network card is an internal green adapter that installs in a PCI Express slot and offers WLAN wireless connectivity. It operates on the single 2.4 GHz band, with a frequency range of 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz, and reaches a maximum data transfer rate of 150 Mbit/s. It is compatible with the IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g and IEEE 802.11n network standards, and supports WLAN speeds of 11, 54 and 150 Mbit/s. It incorporates an Atheros chipset and uses 16-QAM, 64-QAM, CCK, DBPSK, DQPSK and OFDM modulations to manage the signal. As for security, it supports 128-bit WEP, 64-bit WEP, WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK algorithms, and works in infrastructure mode. Its antenna is external, omni-directional and with a maximum gain of 2 dBi. Its dimensions are 120.8 x 21.5 x 78.5 mm (width x height x depth).
