The StarTech.com network Keystone coupler connects two Ethernet patch leads directly, as it has two female RJ-45 connectors that link the ends of the cables without the need for intermediate equipment. It supports Cat6 category cables, making it suitable for network installations working with this type of structured cabling. Its flat construction facilitates mounting in Keystone plates and panels, a common format in racks and surface boxes.
