Description
Connects USB port devices to equipment with a DC power input using this StarTech.com adapter cable. The 2 m cable joins a male USB A connector to a male Type M barrel coaxial connector, both straight mounting, to carry 5V DC power wherever you need it. Its contacts are nickel-plated, which helps to maintain stable conduction in every connection. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket protects the 28 AWG conductor, while the mylar aluminium foil shielding helps to reduce interference in daily use. The assembly comes in black and weighs 49 g, with dimensions of 15 x 10 x 2000 mm (width x height x depth). It has CE and REACH certification, as well as a RoHS certificate of conformity. A practical solution for powering small 5V DC devices and peripherals via USB.
