Description
Connect a DisplayPort-equipped device to a monitor or projector using this active adapter from STARTECH.COM, which converts the signal to HDMI with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The converter features a straight male DisplayPort 1.4 connector and a straight female HDMI 2.0 connector, so it supports resolutions of 1280 x 720, 1920 x 1080, 1920 x 1200 and up to 3840 x 2160, as well as 720p, 1080p and 2160p video modes. Its Parade PS176 chipset and compatibility with HDCP 2.2 and DPCP allow protected content to be played back without issues. It offers audio output of up to 7.1 channels, so sound travels alongside the image over the same link. The Plug and Play function simplifies setup, as it requires no additional configuration. It has a compact format, weighing 24 g, with dimensions of 195 x 10 x 215 mm and a 0.215 m cable, in black.
