Description
StarTech.com bulk Cat 6 network cable reel offers 304.9 m of black cable, designed for structured cabling installations requiring long, continuous runs. The conductor is solid copper with 23 AWG gauge, a common combination for permanent runs in communications cabinets and conduits. Its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket protects the cable inside buildings, with CMG (CM) rating. It supports a frequency of 550 MHz and reaches a data transfer rate of 1000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technologies. The Plug and Play function simplifies commissioning once the patch leads are prepared. It is certified ETL, UL, TAA, CE and REACH, and the reel weighs 12.7 kg.
