Description
Connect a USB Type-C enabled device to a DisplayPort monitor or display with the StarTech.com bidirectional USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable, available in black and with a cable length of 2 m. Its straight male connectors at both ends allow the source and the display to be linked with a stable cable connection. It supports a maximum resolution of 7680 x 4320 pixels at 60 Hz, as well as HDCP versions 1.4 and 2.2, and audio channels up to 7.1 to accompany the video signal. Inside it integrates the Chrontel CH7213C-BF, Texas Instruments TUSB544 and VIA Labs VL170 chipsets, which handle the signal conversion. The assembly weighs 79 g, a useful detail for anyone transporting the cable between workstations. It is designed to operate within an operating temperature range of 0 to 45 °C and with a relative humidity of between 10 and 85 per cent.
