The StarTech.com network cable is a Cat6a category patch cord with male RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for 10GBase-T links of up to 10000 Mbit/s. Its S/FTP shielded construction with 27 AWG stranded conductors and LSZH halogen-free jacket offers an operating frequency of 500 MHz. The connectors feature shielding and a protective boot, with a snagless design that facilitates installation in dense setups. It reaches 5 m in length and supports PoE++ with up to 100 W of Power over Ethernet, so it can power devices such as access points or IP cameras through the cable itself. The cable is round and comes in aqua, with a weight of 174.6 g. It is a solution suitable for expanding or setting up office and home networks that require high bandwidth and simultaneous power.
